Ferrato Davide uses a line of high-tech CNC-controlled machinery for maximum quality and precision cutting that provide customized processes quickly and effectively. We use specially designed CAD / CAM software that allows effective programming throughout the production process.
Ferrato Davide Sas uses cutting-edge machinery for cutting and processing sheet metal. In fact, inside the Rubano plant, in the province of Padua, it is possible to find machines for oxycutting, plasma cutting and lifting equipment, advanced machines able to ensure maximum precision and accuracy of the work.

- Bevel-Oxy head able to perform chamfering on 360 ° to K, X, Y, V;

- It has 5 torches able to make high precision cuts;

Teknos- Plasma multitasking
Ferrato Davide sas has decided to expand its production thanks to the purchase of a new processed plasma thermal cutting system. With a working range of more than 12 meters and a width of 3.1 metres, this modern plant stands out for incorporating a 5-axis cutting head which allows both chamfering with various types of bevel (K, Y, X,V) and the production of parts ready for assembly in a very short time, thanks to its exclusive multi-tool drilling head. This new system allows us to significantly optimize production processes, guaranteeing greater precision and effectiveness.

Lifting equipment
The warehouse area is equipped with lifting equipment, including twin girder bridge cranes that allow a capacity from 15 to 40 tons to ensure maximum safety and speed in loading and unloading of thick plates.
